Late Mr. M S Arora

Our Founder, Late Mr. M S Arora worked in various top organizations of India such as Telco, Thermax, BHEL , ISGEC Thompson and thereafter started MSA Consultancy Services (MSACS) in the year 1989. With his over 50 years of rich experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering and HR practices, MSACS enjoys connectivity and rapport with several satisfied clients in over 10 nations . Team MSACS is striving hard to carry forward the legacy created and vision set by late Mr. M S Arora.

Mr. Gaurav Arora

Gaurav heads the overall operations and business development of MSA group. He has worked as a Business Head (West India) for the world’s no. 1 HR Services firm named Randstad Group. He joined MSA in the year 2000 and has founded the IT/software recruitment division, staffing solutions division and internal job portal of MSACS. He has strengthened relations with existing clients and has acquired new clients all over India, Gulf, Africa and Japan respectively. He is the founder of MSA HR Consultants India Pvt. Ltd. which is working extensively on developing and managing an All India Franchise network for MSACS. Also, working on developing the Corporate Training and HR Consulting vertical for MSA HR Consultants India Pvt. Ltd. Heads a team of over 15 Recruitment and Training Specialists across India. He has successfully designed, modeled and implemented the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) business vertical due to which MSACS has bagged a few prestigious RPO contracts.

Mr. Debasis Bera

Debasis is a Reasearch Analyst Cum Recruitment Specialist who provides good supports in Search assignments. Also executes Indian and Overseas recruitment needs for various clients from multi sectors."

Mrs. Abha Arora

Abha has worked as a Senior Executive-HR with organizations like Unity Hospitals, Carlson Wagonlit Travels and Comau India (A div. of Fiat India). Abha has joined MSACS since 2010 and specializes in Executive Search and critical headhunting assignments for Indian as well as global clients. Abha heads a team of 5 Recruitment Specialists and Research Analyst. She along with her team caters to clients from sectors like Engineering, Manufacturing, Auto/ Auto Ancillary, Construction, Real Estate, Retail, Information Technology/ Software Consulting, Pharmaceutical/ Healthcare and NBFCs. Abha along with her team offers good support towards identification and development of qualitative Trainers / Faculty across domains."

Mr. Himanshu Sharma

Himanshu is a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Supply Chain Management and a Six Sigma Black Belt. Himanshu brings over two decades of extensive experience across the manufacturing sector, spanning Heavy Engineering, Pharma Packaging, EMS, and Home Appliances respectively. Himanshu is an integral part of MSACS since the year 2024 and plays a pivotal role in sourcing and headhunting mid level and leadership talent across diverse verticals within the manufacturing, consumer durables, Logistics and Supply Chain industry.

Mr. Vijay Shinde

Vijay is a part of the MSA group since last 10 years. After having worked for Trent Ltd. (a TATA Enterprise), he joined MSACS in the year 2006. Vijay joined MSACS as a Recruitment Specialist and has risen to the level of Branch Head for our Vimannagar unit. He heads a team of 8 members (direct and indirect reportees). Vijay is a very passionate Talent Acquisition / Recruitment expert and caters to challenging recruitment assignments for sectors like Engineering, Manufacturing, Auto/ Auto Ancillary, Construction, Real Estate, Retail, Information Technology/ Software Consulting, Pharmaceutical/ Healthcare."

Ms. Rohini Deshmukh

Rohini has been one of the first members of MSA Consultancy Services who was recruited, trained and mentored by our Founder, Late Mr. M S Arora. She has been a strong pillar of MSACS from general HR and Administration point of view. She has grown with the organization to become a strong Recruitment Consultant too. She successfully handles a few domestic and overseas clients. She has received a few appreciations for her dedication towards her work."

Mr. Jatin Gupta

Jatin started his career with HDFC Bank, New Delhi is currently the Branch Head of MSACS Delhi/ NCR region. Has placed Managers and Executives for organizations belonging to sectors like IT, Software Consulting, e Commerce, data analytics, Engineering and manufacturing. Is aspiring to become one of the top Head-hunters of MSACS. Jatin is known for providing excellent customer satisfaction and asserts on client acquisition too. Jatin is aspiring to become a Staffing Consultant in the Delhi/ NCR region."

Ms. Sulabha Sawant

Sulabha is an Alumni of Tata Institute of Social Sciences (rank holder of 1985-87 batch). She comes with more than 35 years of experience in Change Management, Strategic Business HR, Coaching & Mentoring, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Organization Development, Learning & Development, Communication and Employee Relations. She is highly-effective, goal-driven and versatile corporate & operations human resources improvement specialist, good at strategy and has keen business sense with a track record of achievement. Having worked as a Leader in HR generalist role in various industrial segments, she is focused on bringing transformation in business units through appropriate interventions. She heads the HR Consulting vertical at MSACS and is extremely passionate about her clients.

Mr. Naresh Peshwani

Naresh is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), An engineering graduate (Electronics & Telecom) from College of Engineering, Pune University, India and also has a Master degree in Management Science. He is passionate about delivering corporate training and has trained, coached, mentored more than 6000 associates on Leadership training at all levels, Project Management, Business Analysis, Requirement Management, Banking Domain. Naresh has over 25 years of Professional experience in Project Management, Requirement Management, Outsourcing, Offshoring, Client/Vendor Management, Customer Relationship. He has a unique blend of Managerial, Technical, functional and Qualitative skills. His major contribution has been working from 1991 to 2002 for Larsen & Toubro Limited headquartered in Mumbai, India. From 2002 to 2012 worked with HSBC (Global Technologies) –one of the largest banking & financial services organization in the world, in various roles such as Offshore Engagement Manager, Onsite Project Manager, Business Analyst, Account Manager, Delivery Head, Global Talent Development Head and Global Training delivery Head. Has conducted and facilitated Senior Management Workshops, offsite and strategic meets. His areas of expertise include Project management, Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Leadership development, Coaching & Mentoring, Performance management, Banking Domain/Finance for IT Developers.
